The Equal Justice Foundation is supported entirely by dues ($25/year) and contributions. All work is done by volunteers and we have no paid staff. |

There is no greater shock than to find that even with both law and facts in your favor, your constitutional rights are worthless because you can't get the courts or government to enforce them.
When false allegations are made against you feel as though the world has turned against you. There is also a feeling of aloneness and that you are the only one this has ever happened to because you've always believed in a system of justice and the rule of law. You will find instead that there are millions of men and women with the same problems.
Because of the widespread nature of these problems we have listed in the following pages other groups, Web sites, legal and government resources, and other information that may be of some use or help to you. If you need personal advice or assistance please be so kind as to join the Equal Justice Foundation first as we must have your financial support to keep these listings available.
1. The EJF receives no public funds and is entirely dependent on dues and contributions for support. The Foundation has no paid employees and volunteers are always needed.
2. Due to a lack of resources, effective September 30, 2005, direct assistance is only available to current members of the Equal Justice Foundation, active-duty military, and federal employees in Colorado, Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming. If you are not currently a member please join before asking for personal assistance and advice.
4. Your comments, ideas, suggestions, and criticisms are always welcome so long as you are willing to identify yourself. You can reach us at comments@ejfi.org or by hitting the | Comments? | button on any of the pages on this site.
